About
Born and raised in a quiet NJ suburb to immigrant parents, Kathleen spent her childhood singing, dancing, doing backflips, working at the family restaurant and trying to be a model student. When she went away to college, she thought she would pursue a career in medicine but the theatre was far more interesting than the chemistry lab. Long story short, she is not a doctor but sometimes plays one on TV. It was the freedom to explore and play within the writer’s story and become someone else that drew her to acting. She is blessed to have the privilege to be able to bring characters to life and to entertain and impact people through the art of storytelling. After taking time off to raise two children who are now stronger, smarter and taller than her, she is so excited to be back at it in earnest, immersing herself in her artistic community and looks forward to collaborating with fellow artists bringing stories to life through tv, film and theatre all while trying to move through this world with kindness, grace and a healthy sense of humor.
